Breakfast buffet before conference. Providing breakfast can keep your guests alert and engaged while also getting them there earlier potentially. I've seen huge groups of folks barely hanging on in some of these conferences. They will hold their yawns, but you can tell they are all ready to leave and only retaining part of the information presented.
